Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping times
We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 2–6 business days (from our own inventory in Australia)
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 14–25 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.
Customs & import duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
