How long does shipping take?

We aim to deliver your order within 2 –7 business days in Australia. If there is unexpectedly any delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Do you ship from Australia?

Yes, the majority of our products are shipped from Australia directly to your door. We also send to outside Australia (check the delivery time per product). 

Can I return my order?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us for more information.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your order every step of the way.

Do you have a real customer service?

Absolutely. While we use smart tools to help us respond quickly and efficiently, the people behind Studio-Turquoise are very much real. We are here for you and happy to help with any question or concern.

How long have you been around?

Studio-Turquoise is a fresh concept (since 2025), but we bring years of experience to the table. Our team has been running multiple online shops for a long time, so you can shop with confidence knowing you're in good hands. 

Are you sustainable?

Sustainability is something we take seriously. We actively choose natural and eco-friendly products wherever possible. That said, we also carry practical household items that may not be fully sustainable . Because we believe a well-functioning home matters too. We are always looking for better alternatives and continue to improve our range with this in mind.
